Estos hechos según la querella ocurrieron en contra de Paloma en una actividad municipal, en el marco de la celebración del día de la Secretaria.

Durante la dictadura militar siempre se negó la violación de los derechos humanos y la historia dio la razón a las víctimas. Las leyes en nuestro país dicen que nadie puede ser encontrado culpable mientras no se demuestre lo contrario, pero cuantas veces hemos visto que esta máxima sucumbe ante el poder político y ante el poder del dinero. Entonces ¿que le queda a los más desvalidos, a los que no pertenecen a los círculos de poder? ¿No es acaso la solidaridad de sus pares y la denuncia sostenida?
¿No es acaso también una difamación decir que Paloma se borracha?, o una acusación sin fundamentos ya que no presenta ninguna evidencia de sus dichos el señor anónimo. Y si fuera cierto, cuantas personas en fiestas y celebraciones se pasan en copas y no por esto hay que condenarlos y menos abusar de ellos.
Nadie sabe exactamente que pasó entre Rodrigo y Paloma, pero no menos cierto es que el poder está de parte de Rodrigo y que la desvalida es Paloma, y si existe gente que defiende al presunto culpable desde el anonimato, ¿No encierra también una sombra de duda respecto de este señor? ¿No será el mismo quien escribe?¿No le habrá pagado a alguien para que escriba este anónimo?
Siempre quienes tienen algo que ocultar actúan desde el anonimato y en lugar de ayudar a su defendido terminan por hundirlo más.
Lo más prudente en estos casos es simplemente luchar por las causas que uno cree justa, como siempre ha caracterizado a la gente honesta, dando la cara.
